Tina Ward is a seasoned professional in the health insurance industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategy & Plan Design at Oscar Health since March 2020, where responsibilities include integrating strategic priorities into product portfolios and managing product life-cycle activities. Previously, Tina held various roles at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, including Director of Product Management and Implementation and Director of Product Development, where leadership of national teams led to significant improvements in product strategy and employee engagement.
