April Hoberg

April Hoberg has worked as a GIS Researcher and Project Specialist Support at Osceola Consulting, LLC since February 2022. Prior to that, they were involved in the CSUCI Summer SURF Research Program at California State University Channel Islands in 2020, where they contributed to creating a virtual reality tour of the trails on Santa Rosa Island. Additionally, they worked as a Barista at Starbucks from August 2017 to October 2019.

April Hoberg obtained an Associate's degree in Environmental Studies from Moorpark College, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. April then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Environmental Science and Resource Management at California State University Channel Islands, completing their degree in 2021. In addition to their academic qualifications, April also holds the Girl Scouts Gold Award, which they obtained from the Girl Scouts of the USA in July 2015. Furthermore, they possess a Remote Pilot Certificate granted by the Federal Aviation Administration, which they obtained in December 2019.
