Danicka Ransom, MPA has a diverse work experience in the public sector. Danicka started their career as a Purchasing Department Specialist at Lorain County Ohio Government, where they were responsible for procurement, inventory management, and maintaining relationships with vendors. Danicka then moved on to Orange County Government as a Senior Contract Administrator, where they ensured compliance with policies and procedures for professional services and construction contracts. Danicka also played a significant role in promoting M/WBE participation and monitoring contract payment issues. Currently, they work at Osceola County Government as the Assistant Housing & Community Services Director, overseeing the administration of various housing funds and grants. Danicka'srole involves collaborating with different organizations to develop community projects and expand affordable housing options for low and moderate-income individuals in Osceola County.
