Andrew Carlin

Andrew Carlin is an accomplished professional in the film industry with a diverse background in distribution, sales, and festival management. As the Executive Director of the AfterImage Film Festival since September 2018, Andrew established the only independent film festival in the Fox River Valley region of Illinois, demonstrating strong leadership and a commitment to fostering a platform for filmmakers. At Oscilloscope Laboratories, Andrew has been the Director of Theatrical Distribution & Sales since January 2015, overseeing the strategic growth of the theatrical department and the rollout of the annual film slate. Previously, Andrew served as Head of Theatrical Sales at Music Box Films from August 2010 to January 2015 and held various roles in production and marketing, including Production Coordinator at Assignment Desk and Marketing and Acquisitions Intern at THINKFilm. Andrew graduated from Emory University in 2008 with a BA in Film and History.
