Rafail Mastoras

Rafail Mastoras has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and research.

- From February 2022, they have been working as an Android Engineer at OSeven Telematics.

- Prior to this, they worked at the Centre for Research & Technology Hellas (CERTH) from May 2020 to January 2022 as a Research Assistant & Software Engineer. During this time, they were involved in designing system architecture, developing mobile applications for data collection, and conducting research on behavioral monitoring.

- From September 2019 to March 2020, Rafail worked as a Software/Hardware Engineer in the Virtual Reality Interactive Training System team of the Greek Army during their mandatory military service. Rafail collaborated with a team of developers and designers to develop a realistic multiplayer system.

- Before that, from December 2018 to June 2019, they served as a Research Assistant & Data Analyst at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). Here, they analyzed sleep activity data for the i-Prognosis EU Horizon 2020 project, implemented preprocessing pipelines, and explored algorithms for sleep stage detection.

Rafail Mastoras completed their education from 2012 to 2019 at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), where they earned an Integrated Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Responsive Web Design from freeCodeCamp in March 2020.
