Kate Swanson

Kate Swanson is a highly experienced software engineer with a robust background in iOS development, having held significant positions at industry-leading companies. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Toast, Inc. since November 2019, Kate also works as a Senior Software Engineer at Uber since August 2014, where leadership in the iOS community has been established. Previous roles include contributing to Facebook’s offline access for iOS, improving user interaction at Luminate Inc. through machine learning techniques, and developing applications at startups and Stanford University. Kate holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science-Graphics, both from Stanford University.
