Veniamin Isaias has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Veniamin started their career as a Software Engineer at PROFILE Software in 1998, where they were responsible for designing and implementing a product Registry application. Veniamin then moved on to become a Technical Manager at PROFILE Software in 2003, leading a development team and making decisions regarding the technological roadmap of the company's financial product, IMSplus.

In 2007, Veniamin joined the National Bank of Greece as a Risk IT Specialist, where they were responsible for the technological issues of the Market Risk Division. Veniamin administered and expanded the main Risk System IBM AlgoOne and also developed an internal financial infrastructure using various IT resources.

In 2014, Veniamin worked as the CTO at Happyfiit and as a Senior Software Engineer at Piraeus Bank. Veniamin joined OSeven Telematics in 2015, first as the Head of Engineering until 2018, and then as the Chief Product Officer starting from 2019.
