Jake Light

Jake Light is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and strategic program execution. Currently serving as Manager of the Contact Center at OSF HealthCare since December 2019, Jake has also held roles as Strategic Program Manager and PI Specialist within the organization. Prior to OSF HealthCare, Jake worked as a Recruiter at Aerotek from April to November 2019. Earlier experience includes positions as Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, and Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, as well as Manager at Peacocks Pub. Jake earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Robert Morris University - Illinois between 2012 and 2016.
