Kevin Guerin

Kevin Guerin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and public service. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Leadership Development at the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada since May 2018, Kevin is responsible for enhancing executive leadership capabilities through various development programs. Previous roles include Faculty at the Institute for Performance and Learning, Facilitator at Schulich Executive Education Centre, and Regional Director for the Canada School of Public Service, where leadership training was provided to over 40,000 federal public servants. Kevin has also held senior positions at Environment Canada and served as Chief of Staff in the Senate of Canada, showcasing a strong background in policy and communications, as well as team management. Educated at the Royal Military College of Canada and Carleton University, Kevin holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Military and Strategic Studies.
