Kaustubh Marathe

Kaustubh Marathe has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Kaustubh is currently serving as the VP of Operations at OSG - Oran Safety Glass since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at Georgia-Pacific LLC from July 2014 to January 2022. Before that, they held the position of Project Manager at NuTec Tooling Systems, Inc. from October 2013 to July 2014.

Earlier in their career, Marathe worked at Blackstone-Ney Ultrasonics from June 2005 to September 2013, where they served as an Engineering Manager and a Mechanical Design Engineer. Kaustubh also worked as a Senior Production Engineer at Gandhi Special Tubes Ltd. from May 1996 to September 1997 and as a Management Trainee at Bundy India Ltd. from August 1995 to April 1996.

Marathe started their professional journey as a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) at M.S. University of Baroda, Faculty of Technology, Dept of Mech Engg from September 1994 to July 1995, where they conducted laboratory classes for undergraduate students and was responsible for subjects like Engineering Drawing, Product Design & Process Evaluation & Production Technology. Overall, Marathe's experience showcases their proficiency in operations management, project management, engineering, and teaching.

Kaustubh Marathe completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from M.S. University of Baroda in 1993. Kaustubh then went on to earn a Master of Engineering (M.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, which they completed in 1995.
