Andrew Matt

Andrew Matt is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR management and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at OSG USA, INC., since March 2020, Andrew has held various leadership positions, including Director of Human Resources and Regional Human Resources Manager. Previously, Andrew worked at BathWraps, leading HR initiatives that significantly improved talent acquisition and employee satisfaction. Andrew also held positions at The Warranty Group and Empire Today, where project management and operational improvement were key focuses. Andrew holds an MBA and a BS in Marketing and Organizational Management from Marquette University, along with multiple certifications in training and development.
