Michael Luther has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Customer Service Teammate at Price Chopper Supermarkets for two months. In 2014, they worked as a Package Handler at FedEx Ground for three months. In 2015, they had two internships, one at O'Donnell-Luther Financial Services, LLC where they conducted product research and constructed portfolio models, and the other at The Novus Group, a political consulting firm where they conducted research and drafted campaign emails. In 2016, they interned at The Hartford, where they completed a Robotic Process Automation industry analysis and conducted interviews for potential automation opportunities. Michael also worked on a group project focused on a data collaboration campaign. In 2017, they became a Process Analyst at The Hartford, and later, in 2018, they became a Scrum Master. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Data Analyst at The Hartford. From 2019 to 2020, they pursued a graduate degree at Boston College. Finally, in 2020, they joined O'Shaughnessy Asset Management as an Associate, and later as Vice President and Senior Performance Analyst.
Michael Luther has a Master of Science - MS degree in Applied Economics from Boston College - Woods College of Advancing Studies. Michael earned this degree from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Economics from Boston College, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications including Professional Scrum Product Owner I and Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in November 2018 and August 2018 respectively, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from The Hartford in May 2018.
