Tim Wells

Tim Wells currently serves as the Director of Strategic Programs at OSHEAN, Inc., since February 2024. Previously, Tim held the position of Director of Telecommunications and Network Technology at Brown University from June 2006 to February 2024. Prior to that, Tim was the Vice President of Network Engineering at Citizens Bank from August 1999 to June 2006. Tim's early career includes a role as a Network Engineer at Duracraft / Honeywell Consumer Products from 1995 to 1999. Tim attended the New England Institute of Technology, earning an Associate degree in Electronics between 1985 and 1986.
