Justin Hovarter

Justin Hovalter is an experienced IT Project Manager currently employed by the Oshkosh Area School District, where responsibilities include managing IT projects to enhance classroom environments and coordinating service strategies. Prior experience includes supporting students as a ServiceNow NextGen Hybrid TA and serving in the US Navy as a Crew Admin Officer and Maintenance Supervisor, where significant achievements included planning successful events and overseeing maintenance that saved costs. Justin also completed a ServiceNow NextGen internship, gaining extensive knowledge in various ServiceNow modules. Educationally, Justin holds an Associate of Science in Computer Technology from American Military University and underwent further training at ACI Learning.
