Matt Amundson is a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Oshkosh Defense, overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process for engineers, technicians, and digital technology. Prior to this role, Matt worked as a Project Corporate Recruiter at The Foth Companies and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Fox World Travel. With a background in Account Management at Aerotek and as a Permit Technician at J. J. Keller & Associates, Matt brings a diverse skill set to their current position. A graduate of Ripon College with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Leadership Studies, Matt has a strong foundation in talent acquisition and recruitment.
