Prior to this, Matt held various roles within the company, ranging from Senior Design Engineer to Director of Program Management. With a background in mechanical engineering and a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Matt has a wealth of experience in leading multi-platform business units, executing large-scale programs, and managing teams to ensure successful project delivery. Their expertise in product development, testing, and program growth strategies has been instrumental in driving the success of Oshkosh Defense.
