Janet Mills is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational management, currently serving on the West Pharmaceuticals Leadership Team since September 2022 and involved with Pierce Manufacturing Leadership at Oshkosh Corporation since December 2020. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at General Dynamics-Ordnance & Tactical Systems from June 2016 to December 2020, where responsibility encompassed compensation strategies and staffing for a large decentralized workforce, and Senior HR Manager at Northrop Grumman Corporation from January 2005 to January 2016, supporting the Vice President of the Naval & Maritime Systems Division.
