Jay C.

Jay C. has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Jay started their career as an Engineering Intern at Genesys Aerosystems, where they performed system safety analysis and verified system compliance with safety requirements. They then worked as a Program Support Assistant at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where they built reports and analyzed student demographics data. Jay then joined Aptiv as an ADAS Functional Safety Engineer, where they developed system safety architecture and analyzed functional safety requirements. They also drafted ASIC requirements and coordinated verification reviews. Jay's most recent role was at Motional, where they worked as an Engineer 2- DBW Controls. Currently, they are working as a Principal Engineer-Controls at Oshkosh Corporation.

Jay C. completed a Master of Science (MS) in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2015 to 2017. In 2019, they pursued a Self Driving Car Engineer degree from Udacity. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, Jay obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Anna University. Jay also holds additional certifications including DVP&R from SAE International, LEVEL 1 HPR CERTIFICATION from the National Association of Rocketry, and a Programming in C certification from NIIT Limited in 2009.
