Jennifer Eyler

Jennifer Eyler serves as the Vice President and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at Oshkosh Corporation, a role commenced in January 2016, after previously holding the position of Deputy General Counsel. Eyler has extensive experience in developing regulatory policies and supporting corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Eyler led the Access Segment as General Counsel, contributing to its strategic initiatives and managing a global team of legal advisors. Previous roles include Associate General Counsel at JLG Industries and Group General Counsel at Allegis Group. Jennifer Eyler holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising/Public Relations from Penn State University.
