Jennifer Hennion-Stiansen has extensive experience in marketing and communications roles. Jennifer is currently the Vice President of Global Branding and Communications at Oshkosh Corporation. Prior to this, they worked at JLG Industries as the Director of Marketing, Americas, where they developed strategic marketing initiatives and oversaw integrated marketing and communications programs. Before that, they were the Manager of Marketing Communications at JCB North America, where they managed and oversaw brand communications for various sectors. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Business to Business Account Service at InQuest Marketing and as the President & CEO of Advantage Marketing Communications, where they managed the overall operations of the agency and achieved significant revenue growth. Jennifer Hennion-Stiansen also held roles at Advantage Advertising and UPN 9 Network.

Jennifer Hennion-Stiansen has a diverse education history. Jennifer started their academic journey at Newton High School, where they completed their secondary education from 1988 to 1992. Jennifer then pursued higher education and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Elizabethtown College between 1992 and 1996. Jennifer furthered their studies at William Paterson University of New Jersey, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Media Studies from 2000 to 2004. Jennifer's commitment to academic growth led their to Rutgers University, where they engaged in PhD Work in Progress in Communication & Library Studies from 2005 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Jennifer has obtained several certifications. Jennifer became a Certified Usability Analyst through Human Factors International in 2021. Jennifer also acquired qualifications in Google Analytics, including Basic, Advanced, and Individual qualifications, which were obtained in 2020, with the Advanced qualification achieved in April of that year.
