Christian Koschorreck

Christian Koschorreck has over 17 years of experience in operations and management roles in the food industry. Christian is currently the Operations Director at OSI Europe, where they are responsible for driving operational excellence and cost efficiency in 6 factories. Previously, they worked as the Operations Director at Gebrüder Bagusat GmbH & Co. KG and as the Company Owner at Edelshopping.com. Christian also spent several years at Danone, where they held various leadership positions, including EU Pack Program Leader, Top Line Sourcing Europe, and Plant Director. Christian started their career at FrieslandCampina, where they worked in engineering and production management.

Christian Koschorreck obtained a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Food Technology from Hochschule Hannover between 2000 and 2004. In 2007, they completed a training program in Operational Excellence and became a TPM Instructor at Hochschule Ansbach - University of Applied Sciences. In the future, they plan to pursue a Global Executive MBA degree at IE Business School from 2023 to 2025.
