Becky Osland

Becky Osland, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at OSI Physical Therapy since July 2023, while also working as an Administrative Assistant for a family business since September 2022. Becky's extensive experience includes a long tenure at Dungarvin, where a role as National Human Resources & Benefits Manager was held, alongside responsibilities as an HR Specialist. Involvement in community organizations includes being a Toastmaster at Toastmasters International from 1999 to 2013 and officiating gymnastics for the Minnesota Girls Gymnastics Officials Association between 1999 and 2012. Additionally, Becky coordinated the nursery schedule at Living Waters Lutheran Church from 2009 to 2011. Educational qualifications include a BA in Psychology and Physical Education from the University of Minnesota Duluth and an MA in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Superior.
