Olivia Hartley, SPHR, has been working in the Human Resources field since 2013. Olivia began their career at Target as an Executive Team Leader - Guest Experience in 2013. In 2014, they moved to Shipshape IT as Office Manager and HR Coordinator. In 2017, they joined Doyle Construction Company as Director of Human Resources. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Director - HR & Accounting at OSIbeyond.

Olivia Hartley, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Management - Human Resources from Salisbury University - Perdue School of Business, which they obtained between 2011 and 2013.
