Jaime R. Mendoza Gacon

Jaime R. Mendoza Gacon, President of the Board of Directors of Osinergmin, is an Electrical Engineer graduated from the National University of Engineering, has a Master's Degree in Economics, Regulation, and Competition in Public Services (University of Barcelona in Spain), MBA Master's Degree in Administration from ESAN, Candidate for a Ph.D. in Research in Administration Sciences from ESAN and Master's studies in Power Systems from the National University of Engineering. He has carried out international specialization studies in Natural Gas Technology and Management with the Canadian Petroleum Institute (Canada), in Business Regulation at the University of Florida (USA), and in Analysis and Management of Energy and Environmental Policy at the University from Harvard (USA).
