Courtney Saiya has been working in the field of electronic medical software and NextGen EPM solutions for over 15 years. With experience in various companies such as OSIS and CCMCN, Courtney has specialized in software analysis, interface improvement, and client experience enhancement. Courtney's expertise also includes consulting, ad hoc reporting, and client assessment for implementation processes. Furthermore, Courtney successfully transitioned InSight Retina Consultants to a paperless office environment. Currently pursuing education at the University of Scranton.
