Jason Weihbrecht

Jason Weihbrecht is an experienced professional in brewery operations and quality management, currently serving as the GM of Brewery Operations at Oskar Blues Brewery since March 2021, overseeing production processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Previously held the position of Quality Lab Manager, where responsibilities included implementing a quality management system and coaching lab staff. Jason's prior roles include Quality Technician at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., QC Lab Technician at Troeg's Brewing Company, QA Lab Tech at The Warrell Corporation, and Lab Assistant at the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture. Jason's professional journey began with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, obtained in 2015.
