Kathryn Way

Kathryn Way is a skilled Lab Manager at Oskar Blues Brewery with a robust background in laboratory management, quality control, and process development in the brewing industry. Previously, Kathryn served as Laboratory Manager at Milwaukee Brewing Company, where various analytical and sensory testing programs were implemented and documentation for lab SOPs was meticulously written. Additional experience includes roles at HarveStaff, where production research in agriculture was conducted, and a series of positions in academic and food service environments. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Yale University, a Certificate in Sustainable Brewing from Kalamazoo Valley Community College, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Food Safety at Michigan State University.
