Kelvin Kwan is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in various managerial and support roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Senior Manager of IT Services at OSL since November 2021, Kelvin has previously held positions such as End-User IT Manager at Serai and Senior Security & Operation Support Engineer at Crypto.com. With a strong background in supporting regional IT operations, Kelvin has demonstrated expertise in overseeing IT projects in the APAC region, managing vendor communications, and enhancing operational efficiency. Prior experience includes roles at lululemon, World First, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, CLSA, Newedge, and Cityline (Hong Kong) Ltd., contributing to significant IT initiatives including desktop encryption projects and Windows 7 migrations.
