Aya Abdalla

Aya Abdalla has extensive work experience in the scientific research field. Aya began their career as a Phd Research Assistant at the University of South Carolina-Columbia in April 2015, where they worked until February 2018. During this time, they also served as a Graduate Research Assistant from August 2015 to March 2018.

Following their time at the University of South Carolina-Columbia, Aya joined the University of Brighton as a Postdoctoral Researcher in March 2018. Aya worked in this role until August 2020.

Since September 2020, Aya has been employed by Osler Diagnostics. Aya initially joined the company as a Scientist, holding this role until November 2022. Currently, they serve as a Senior Integration Scientist at Osler Diagnostics.

Aya Abdalla's education history began with earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemistry from the American University of Sharjah. Following this, Aya pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Chemical Engineering from the same institution, which was completed between 2009 and 2013. After a break in their education, Aya joined the University of South Carolina and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Analytical Chemistry/Neuroscience between 2015 and 2018. It should be noted that there is another mention of pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Analytical Chemistry from Wayne State University; however, no specific start or end year is provided for this education experience.
