Stéphane Eljarrat

Stéphane Eljarrat is a prominent legal professional, currently serving as Partner and Head of the National White Collar Practice at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP since March 2024. Eljarrat has significant experience in white collar law, previously holding the position of Senior Partner and Head of the White Collar Practice in Canada at Norton Rose Fulbright from March 2023 to March 2024. Prior to that, Eljarrat was a Partner and Head of the National White Collar Defence Practice at Osler from January 2019 to March 2023 and spent nearly 15 years as a Partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP. In addition to legal practice, Eljarrat has been a Lecturer at École des dirigeants HEC Montréal since January 2020. Eljarrat obtained an LL.B in Law from Université de Montréal between 1990 and 1993.
