Michel Dourado

Michel Dourado has extensive experience in HR and crewing operations within the maritime industry. Michel has held various roles such as Crew Manager, HR Coordinator, HR/Crewing Manager, Office Manager, and Head of Crewing Operations for companies like OSM Maritime Group and Acamin Navegação. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for recruitment, selection, hiring, crew management, compliance with regulations, training programs, and conflict resolution. Michel has also worked as a Safety Technician and HSE Coordinator, focusing on occupational health and safety regulations.

Michel Dourado earned a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro in 2010. In 2009, they completed a Safety Technician program at SENAC Rio. In 2024, they pursued a Law course at Universidade Estácio de Sá, and in 2021, they obtained an MBA in Strategic People Management from Unopar. Additionally, they accumulated various certifications in leadership, risk perception, public speaking, and other relevant topics throughout the years.
