Jonathan Hennek has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jonathan currently holds the position of Chief Product Officer at Osmo since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Indigo from 2017 to 2022, where they served as the VP of Global Head of Carbon Product from October 2020 to July 2022. Jonathan's early career included a role as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard University from March 2013 to June 2015, where they focused on developing low-cost methods of cellular separation and quality assessment of injection molded plastic parts. Prior to that, they were a Graduate Student at Northwestern University from 2008 to 2012, working on inkjet printing of metal oxide inks for flexible electronics and deposition of organic polymers and small molecules for transistors and photovoltaics.

Jonathan Hennek obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of St. Thomas in 2008. Following this, from 2008 to 2012, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry under the supervision of Prof. Tobin Marks at Northwestern University. Subsequently, they completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship from 2013 to 2015 at Harvard University, focusing on Prof. George Whitesides' research.
