Audrey Friedman

Audrey Friedman has extensive work experience in wellness coaching and utility services. Since 2019, they have worked as a Wellness Coach at Audrey Friedman Wellness Coaching, where they assist clients in achieving their wellness goals and guiding them on the necessary steps for improving their health and overall well-being. Prior to this, they served as a Lead Technician at Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. starting from 2013.

Audrey Friedman obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 2005 to 2008. In 2019, they attended the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science where they pursued a Certified Health and Wellness Coach Candidate program with a focus on Integrative Health and Wellness. Additionally, in March 2020, they obtained the National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach certification from the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching.
