Kate White

Kate White, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kate began their career as a Procurement Specialist at Northrop Grumman Marine Systems, where they managed vendors and negotiated pricing. After that, they worked as a Project Manager at Read and Succeed, LLC, overseeing human resource management and process management on a nationwide scale.

Kate then transitioned to the role of Field Engineer/Project Manager at Intren, Inc, where they were responsible for contract management and reporting on project performance. Kate also served as a Project Coordinator, assisting with project planning, construction, and close-out activities.

Kate joined Pacific Gas and Electric Company as a Senior New Business Rep, managing the planning, engineering, and construction of gas and electric facilities. Kate coordinated with various stakeholders and prioritized customer satisfaction.

At INTREN, LLC, Kate worked as a Project Manager, overseeing the planning, engineering, and construction of electric overhead facility projects. Kate communicated with stakeholders, managed risks, and ensured all necessary permits were in place.

Kate then joined Potelco Inc as a Service & Design Project Manager, where they operated as both a Project Manager and electric distribution Design Engineer. Kate collaborated with customers, field supervisors, and other departments to deliver projects that met safety standards and fiscal responsibility.

Most recently, Kate worked at Black & McDonald Limited as a Project Manager, leading various projects until 2021. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager at Osmose.

Kate White, PMP has a strong educational background in project management and business management.

In 1996, they began their university education at the University of California, Berkeley, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Organizational Behavior. Kate successfully completed their degree in 2000.

Kate continued their education at the University of California, Berkeley in 2013, where they gained further expertise in project management. During this time, they obtained a Project Management Certification and a Human Resource Management Certificate, both focusing on the field of project management. Kate completed these certifications in 2014.

Additionally, Kate earned a Professional Project Management (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2014, further validating their project management knowledge and skills.
