Laura Almeida

Laura Almeida has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Laura started their career in 1989 at Century 21 All Seasons Real Estate as an Executive Administrative Assistant, where they maintained a client database, supervised administrative assistants, and supported senior executives. Laura then worked as a Relocation Coordinator, coordinating out-of-state buyers and sellers and creating personalized relocation packages.

In 1995, Laura became a Licensed Real Estate Agent at CENTURY 21®, where they worked until 2012. During this time, they gained experience in real estate sales and client management.

In 1996, Laura joined Osmose, where they held multiple roles over the years. Laura started as a Customer Information Specialist, providing support to customers and managing their information. Laura then progressed to become a Senior Customer Information Specialist and later a Data Delivery Coordinator, where they focused on data management and coordination. In 2006, Laura became a Project Coordinator, responsible for coordinating various projects within the organization. From 2015 until the present, they have served as a Project Delivery Supervisor, managing a team of production technicians and assisting utility companies with their invoicing, reporting, and data requirements.

In addition to their real estate and Osmose experiences, Laura also worked as a merchandise sales associate for the Buffalo Bills from 2005 to 2010. Laura also worked as a Technical Instructor of Real Estate at the Western New York School of Real Estate from 1998 to 2001.

Laura Almeida completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University at Buffalo, where they studied from 1988 to 1993. Prior to that, they attended Frontier Central High School from 1984 to 1988. In addition to their formal education, Laura obtained certification as a Real Estate Sales Associate from the NYS Department of Licensing in January 1995.
