Patrick Pfersch has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Patrick is currently a Senior Director of Business Development at Osmose, where they are responsible for identifying and solving structural issues in T&D infrastructure. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Business Development at the same company, focusing on making utility structures safer and more resilient.
Before joining Osmose, Patrick worked as the President of Lannon Tank Company, LLC, a manufacturer of custom fabricated storage tanks. Patrick also held the position of Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking at Town Bank / Wintrust Financial Corporation, where they developed and managed relationships with middle-market companies.
Patrick has extensive experience in the banking sector, having served as the Vice President of Commercial Banking at Associated Bank, N.A. and U.S. Bank, N.A. Patrick has also worked as the Vice President of Risk Management at GE Commercial Finance.
Early in their career, Patrick worked in commercial banking at U.S. Bank (formerly known as Firstar Bank). Overall, Patrick Pfersch has a strong background in business development, relationship management, and risk assessment across multiple industries.
Patrick Pfersch has an education history that includes an MBA in Business Administration from Marquette University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they earned a BBA in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1989 to 1993.
In addition to their degrees, Patrick Pfersch also holds a Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Center for Quick Response Manufacturing. Patrick obtained this certification in May 2015.
