Rajat Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rajat began their career as an Article at Uberoi Sood & Kapoor, a Chartered Accountants firm, where they worked from October 2002 to October 2005. Rajat then moved on to Samsung Electronics, where they served as an Assistant Manager from September 2006 to December 2009, handling tasks such as closing monthly accounts and preparing profitability reports.
In 2010, Rajat joined Schneider Electric as a Controller-Commercial, where they were responsible for various financial and non-financial analyses, managing support function costs, and implementing budgeting exercises. Rajat also developed a costing tool for marketeers and provided MIS and analysis to the Power & Energy business segments in India.
From December 2011 to September 2013, Rajat worked at GE in two roles. As a Commercial Finance/FP&A Manager, they collaborated with commercial leadership to strategize new deals and define pricing strategies. Rajat then transitioned to the role of Senior Audit Manager, leading audit teams across multiple countries and regions, conducting audits for different GE affiliates, overseeing risk assessment and planning, and streamlining supply chain operations.
After their tenure at GE, Rajat joined FieldCore in December 2017. Rajat initially served as an Executive, Global Financial Planning and Analyst leader, responsible for financial planning and analysis on a global scale. Later, they took on the additional role of Acting CFO from December 2020 to May 2021.
Most recently, Rajat joined Osmose in May 2022 as Vice President of Finance.
