Richard Rigby has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support specialist. Richard started their career in 1996 as a Senior Technician at Computers and More, where they worked until 2001. From 2003 to 2009, they served as a Services Manager at Geek Squad Best Buy. In 2013, Richard joined Cisco Networking Academy as a CCNA Certified professional, a position they held until 2016. Concurrently, in 2013, they also started working at Pomeroy as an IT Support Specialist, a role they held until 2017. Richard then joined Low Temp Industries in 2017, where they worked as an IT Support Specialist until 2020. Currently, they are employed at Osmose as a Computer Support Specialist, starting from August 2022.
Richard Rigby completed their education in computer networking and telecommunications. Richard then continued their education at Central Georgia Technical College from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained a Certificate in CISCO Network Specialist, specializing in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. In addition to their formal education, Richard also obtained additional certifications in Preventing Workplace Harassment and Ethical Decision Making from Emtrain, with the most recent certification obtained in May 2015.
