Ronald Bilodeau's work experience includes various roles in different companies.
Ronald started their career in 1982 as a Telecom Construction Specialist at International Cable Services, where they worked until 2000.
From 2000 to 2010, they worked at NV Energy as a Team Leader for Joint Use Contracts, where they managed staff responsible for pole attachments, conduit leasing, fiber optic cable access, and wireless collocation requests. During this time, they developed a wireless tower collocation business, generating over $2.8 million in annual recurring revenue.
In 2010, they became the Senior Project Manager for Energy Efficiency and Conservation at NV Energy. In this role, they developed and executed a strategic plan for the deployment of demand response technology in customer homes. Ronald also managed all assets, including procurement, installation, service, maintenance, training, quality control, and asset management functions. Ronald held this position until 2016.
From 2015 to 2016, Ronald Bilodeau worked as the Supervisor for Demand Side Management Services at NV Energy. Ronald supervised staff responsible for the installation, service, and repair of networked energy management technology, as well as performing home energy audits in residential and commercial premises. Ronald also managed all interactions with field service organizations and the asset management and quality assurance program for demand-side management programs.
In 2016, they became the Manager of Reliability Programs at NV Energy, a position they held until 2019.
In 2019, they joined Osmose as a Senior Solutions Consultant. At Osmose, they leveraged their expertise as a field technician, professional engineer, wood scientist, and corrosion expert to identify and solve structural issues that impact asset health and system resiliency. Ronald also helped structure owners mitigate risks and managed challenges through innovation and execution. Later that year, they became the Director of Strategic Solutions at Osmose.
In 2021, Ronald Bilodeau started working as a Professor of Business at the College of Southern Nevada.
Ronald Bilodeau has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. In 2013 to 2014, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Renewable Energy from the University of Nevada-Reno. Furthermore, in 2017 to 2018, Ronald pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Governors University. Ronald also holds additional certifications in Project Management from the Project Management Institute, obtained in July 2016, and in Advanced HVAC and Refrigeration from the National Technical Institute, obtained in December 2015.
