Monica Mazzoccone

Monica Mazzoccone has a diverse work experience in quality control and compliance roles. Monica began their career with a research internship at Loughborough University in 2014. Monica then joined Coca-Cola HBC in 2016, where they worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist, Quality & Food Safety Governance Specialist, and eventually as a Plant Quality, Safety, and Environment Manager. In these roles, they ensured compliance with regulatory and group requirements, implemented health and safety measures, and managed quality data platforms. Monica also participated in a management trainee program before joining Osmoses in 2023 as a Business Operation Lead.

Monica Mazzoccone obtained their Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna in 2015. Monica also has additional certifications including the General Management Program from SDA Bocconi in 2023, How to Be Both Assertive and Likable from LinkedIn in 2023, Internal auditor certifications in FSSC 22000 V 4.1 from Lloyd's Register in 2018, and in ISO 9001:2015 from Bureau Veritas Italia in 2018. Additionally, they have received Advanced Microbiological Training from VŠCHT Praha - UCT Prague, and SAP ERP Key User - Quality Management from Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company.
