Tom Siegrist

Operations Manager at Osmosis Beauty

Tom Siegrist has a long history of work experience. Tom began their career in 1981 as Operations Manager at Autrey Brothers, where they were honored with the "Golden Quill Award" for providing customer service and sales support excellence. In 1992, they moved to Quality Press as Production Manager, where they were the Systems Administrator for Macintosh and PC networks and installed Programmed Solutions' Print Management System. In 2002, they worked as Plant Manager at Intermountain Color and Consultant at The Denver Printing Center. At Intermountain Color, they authored a worksheet program to manage inventory, track usage, and forecast future orders, and at The Denver Printing Center, they were retained to help identify, purchase and install a Print Management System, upgrade the computer network, and create standards and Budgeted Hourly Rates. In 2005, they returned to The Denver Printing Center as Operations Manager and formulated and implemented a targeted marketing plan resulting in an increase of sales and referrals. In 2006, they moved to Type Etc as Senior Project Manager, where they assisted in streamlining customer ordering by creating online catalogs backed by production templates for self populating job orders in Printer's Plan, and supported the top five clients through the transition from John Phillips Printing, to Print Shop Plus, Docuplus, and then Type etc. Finally, in 2009, they began working at Penn National Gaming as Manager, and in 2012, they started at Osmosis Skin Care as Operations Manager.

Tom Siegrist has attended two universities: Metropolitan State University of Denver and the University of Colorado Denver. At Metropolitan State University of Denver, they studied Business Administration, and at the University of Colorado Denver, they studied Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
