Tricia Kremer

Tricia Kremer has had a long and successful career in the medical and beauty industry. Tricia began their career in 2007 as an Office Manager and Patient Coordinator with Peter Cheski MD. In 2011, they moved to Robert Kotler MD as a Patient Consultant and Marketing Manager. In 2012, they joined Pacifica Center for Plastic Surgery/Pacifica Medical Spas as a Practice Administrator, where they supervised daily administrative processes and staff activities, revised and improved business plans, managed finances, performed hiring procedures, and monitored compliance for health industry regulations. In 2017, they were promoted to Director of Operations, where they directed daily business activities, managed resources, developed, implemented, and streamlined an operational plan, and ensured procedures were carried out properly. In 2020, they moved to Dr. Feiz and Associates as Operations and Practice Director, where they closely directed daily clinical and administrative operations, marketing and promotions, growth strategies, and billing oversight. Most recently, in 2021, they relocated to the Bay Area and joined Plastic Surgery and Medical Spa as Practice Manager, where they directed operations of the clinic and medical spa entities as well as the billing and accounting functions, and was responsible for HR activities including hiring, onboarding, training and performance management. In 2022, they joined Osmosis Beauty as an Account Executive.

Tricia Kremer graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
