Brian Ogendi

Community Assistant at Osmosis

Brian Ogendi is a Community Assistant at Osmosis. Brian previously worked as a Question Writer at Physeo from August 2019 to June 2020. Brian has also worked as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from August 2014 to July 2017. Brian has a graduate education background and has served as a question writer for Pharmacology, immunology and microbiology. Brian has also worked on improving our understanding of the immunologic and immunogenetic factors that contribute to development of tubal factor infertility (TFI) following Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) infection so that this knowledge can assist in development of a vaccine for CT infection prevention and could improve CT infection management.

Dr. Brian Ogendi is a medical doctor who attended Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. Brian also has a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology from Jacksonville State University. Brian is also certified by Osmosis in Knowledge Diffusion and is a Regional Lead for the organization.
