Damien Caissie

Damien Caissie is the Institutional Account Manager at Osmosis. Damien previously worked as a Research Specialist at Sekure Merchant Solutions, where they optimized communications channels between sales and customer service departments. Damien also evaluated new clients to accurately assess their potential revenue, selected the most promising for approval, and submitted monthly reports to assess growth. Damien researched onboarding queries concerning processing platforms, e-commerce solutions, and merchant gateways. Damien also tailored Sekure’s services to precisely anticipate new client’s needs and concerns.

Before working at Sekure Merchant Solutions, Damien was an English Second Language Teacher at Execuform. Damien supervised and managed student assessments, charted the written and oral development of English grammar and vocabulary, and enhanced students’ conversational English through a series of inventive individual and group assignments in varied classroom settings. Damien also organized lesson plans for a range of classes to meet differing needs, covering verbiage, grammar, vocabulary, and idiomatic speech.

Damien began their career as a Teacher's Assistant at Concordia University.

Damien Caissie has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Concordia University and an Honours degree in English and Theirtory from the University of New Brunswick.
