Paul Tobias is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, quality assurance, and real estate. Currently serving as the District & Quality Assurance Manager at Osmow's Inc. since April 2019, Paul has been instrumental in the growth of one of Canada’s fastest-growing Mediterranean restaurant chains. Previous roles include General Manager at Tim Hortons and Manager of Guest Experience at Recipe Unlimited Corporation, where leadership in operations and customer satisfaction was paramount. Paul also has a background in real estate, having worked as a Sales Representative for multiple brokerages. Educational credentials include an Operations Management Certificate from Cornell University and a degree in Hotel Management from George Brown College. Paul’s diverse skill set encompasses customer service excellence, business consultancy, and operational management across various sectors.
