Charles Acworth

Charles Acworth has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades in the real estate industry. Charles is currently serving as the Chief Asset Management Officer at Osool Integrated Real Estate Co., where they are responsible for setting up and leading the Asset Management function for one of Saudi Arabia's largest and most important Real Estate Portfolios.

Prior to their current role, Acworth held positions of increasing responsibility and leadership at NEOM, JLL, Matthews Southwest Developments EMEA Ltd, Kizad (Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi), ALDAR Properties PJSC, DTZ, Knight Frank, NBSelection/Normal Broadbent, and Savills. Throughout their career, they have held roles such as Development Director, Head of Development, Director and Head of Asset, Property and Facilities Management, Senior Development Director, Vice President - Head of Project Development, Director - Commercial Leasing & Development, Head of Research/Strategy, Director & Country Manager UAE, Head of Commercial Kenya and General Manager Tanzania, Associate Director, and Associate Director.

Charles Acworth completed their MA in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge from 1984 to 1987. Charles later obtained a Certificate in Construction Project Management from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2015. In 1998, they pursued an MBA from Hult Ashridge.
