Northern Site Manager at Osprey Charging

Richard Watt has been working in the engineering and project management field since 2015. Richard began their career at Horizon Renewable Energy Ltd as a Service and Repair Engineer, where they gained hands-on experience with Biomass boilers and Air Source Heat Pumps. In December of the same year, they were promoted to Project Manager, where they were responsible for planning and designing heating system installations, liaising with customers, ordering materials, building new and maintaining existing supplier relationships, managing two installation teams, setting development plans/goals for engineers, managing material accounts, and researching new products.

In 2016, Watt moved to The Scottish Salmon Company, where they held various roles, including Senior Engineering Coordinator, Project Officer, Project Manager, and Senior Engineering & Project Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for leading design and coordinating projects throughout the various departments within the company, including Marine, Freshwater and Processing, from start to finish, controlling costs and construction plans.

Watt is currently employed at Osprey Charging Network as a Northern Site Manager, a position they have held since 2022.

Richard Watt attended Dalkeith High School, where they achieved Standard Grades.
