Francesca Cerami

Francesca Cerami currently serves as Senior Product Line Manager at Osprey Packs, Inc., focusing on global market analysis and strategic product development for DTC and wholesale channels. Prior experience at Deckers Brands includes various product line management roles for women's and kids' products across the Teva and UGG brands, where Francesca developed innovative product concepts and seasonal range plans. Additional experience spans ownership of a sustainable accessories business, freelance graphic design, and various design roles in outdoor apparel and gear companies. Francesca holds a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Design from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is pursuing a Master's degree in International Business from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
