Lizza J.

Lizza J. has been in the workforce since 2004. Lizza began their career at Graphic Industries as a Production/Customer Service. Lizza then moved to Merrill Corporation as a Production Manager - Real Estate Services in 2006. In 2007, they joined Precision Offset as an Account Executive - Printing Production and Printing Production Manager. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at PSP (Core Strengths\u00ae, TotalSDI\u00ae) as a Product Production Coordinator. Lizza then transitioned to Classic Litho + Design as a Special Account Manager from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they became a Digital Project Manager at Westamerica Communications. From 2015 to 2018, they were an Executive Administrative Assistant/Office Manager at PennyMac Commercial Real Estate Finance (PennyMac CREF). In 2018, they were an Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer at Rentokil Steritech North America. Lizza currently holds the role of Founding Chief of Staff at OSS Capital, L.P. since 2019, and is also an Executive Show Producer at Open Core Summit since the same year.

Lizza J. began their educational journey by graduating from Bellflower High School in 1994 with a High School Diploma. Lizza then attended Long Beach City College from 1994-1996, studying General Studies. From 1994-2000, they attended California State University, Long Beach and earned a Business Administration Equivalent with an emphasis in Human Resources. In 2016, Lizza J. obtained a California Notary Public certification from the California Secretary of State. Lizza also holds a Level 1 Certified in Strength Deployment Inventory certification from Personal Strengths Publishing, Inc.
