Kristi Pritchett

Kristi Pritchett has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kristi is currently employed as the Human Resources Director at OSS Health since June 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Global Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Huber Engineered Materials from October 2019 to June 2023. Before that, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Rite of Passage from January 2017 to October 2019. Kristi also served as the Human Resources Officer at Maryland Treatment Centers from March 2015 to March 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Stormwater Maintenance & Consulting from 2014 to February 2015. Kristi'scareer began at Target, where they worked as a Senior Team Lead from November 2007 to April 2014.
